The Hive is Samaipata's platform that aims to help achieve the success of our founders and seeks to foster a collaborative ecosystem and growth within our community. The Hive Summit 2023 was the first annual gathering for the Samaipata community and took place in Mallorca.
More than 50 attendees participated in this immersive retreat. We had founders from our portfolio, Operating Partners, and leaders from the startup ecosystem. The program included various group activities such as team sports challenges, coaching sessions, and roundtable discussions on mental health.
We were privileged to have Maurice Whelan, an international coach with an impressive track record in Executive Coaching, Leadership, and MentalHealth. Maurice has previously collaborated with industry giants like Airbnb, Stripe, and PayPal.
Pablo Gil, Co-Founder at PropHero: "It was amazing! A great opportunity to meet so many energetic founders, operating partners, and the Samaipata team. It’s been the best experience I recall in a long time."
Antonio Berga, Co-Founder at Embat: “It has been a very refreshing experience where we’ve been sharing insightful thoughts on our businesses. A great opportunity to get together with other founders and share ideas.”
Miguel Muñoz, Co-Founder & CEO at Recontour:“A fantastic experience, a great opportunity to meet fellow founders and really inspiring people. I leave with a good network of fellow entrepreneurs, and I also got to know the Samaipata team, which I believe is a great asset for helping companies grow.”
