Matt brings over 15 years of experience helping high-growth companies scale across the U.S., Europe and APAC. His expertise spans operations, product, customer experience, market expansion and compliance, with a career built inside some of the world’s fastest-moving consumer and mobility platforms.Matt has held senior operating roles at global tech companies.

At Groupon, he ran Partner Management in China and led Customer Care across Australia and New Zealand during the company’s rapid international rollout. At Lyft, he founded and headed the Compliance and Retail departments for EMEA, building the operational and regulatory backbone for the company’s regional expansion.

Most recently, he served as COO EMEA at Wind Mobility, overseeing day-to-day operations, market launches and regional scale across Southern Europe.
